In an old farmhouse in the hills of Sorrento, you will meet a skilled cheesemaker, Nonna Luisa, who will guide you through an authentic experience of making typical Italian mozzarella and give you a short tour of the farm. We will prepare a mozzarella appetizer, a fresh pasta dish and a dessert, based on the products available on the farm. During the lesson the Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional pasta recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Half day to discover the fascinating island of Capri
Discover Capri in a Half Day that will be able to show you the "best of" of this wonderful island! We will sail off this wonderful coast until we reach Capri. During the journey we will stop at the Li Galli archipelago for a refreshing swim in its mythological waters, once the residence of the mermaids.
We will then reach the imposing Faraglioni, a true symbol of the island, and we will prepare to complete its complete tour to admire the entire coast. Among truly unique caves and ravines, we will reach the port for a short stop, allowing you to stroll through its glamorous and fashionable alleys!
