We will meet in Piazza Duomo, the main square of Amalfi.
In the first part of the experience, I will test your knowledge about limoncello.
Once all doubts have been clarified, especially on the choice of alcohol and the recognition of a quality liqueur, I will explain the maceration, production and bottling process in detail. Later, I will show you how to taste it and at what temperature to serve it. After the initial tasting, a short historical paragraph will follow which will explain the origins of the famous "Amalfi gold".
Next, you will personally experience the production of my grandparents' original recipe. Finally, I will reveal some tips for your future experiences at home!

In this walk there is the possibility to meet local farmers and breeders enjoying genuine products. We will talk about the local flora and fauna, the use of wild herbs in the culinary and phytotherapeutic fields.
