Milk the Cow & Make Mozzarella and Gnocchi with Our Family
Welcome to La Vigna degli Dei, our family farm above the Amalfi Coast. This hands-on experience invites you to discover where food truly comes from by taking part in real farm life.
Begin with a walk around the farm to meet the animals and learn about daily life here. You’ll then assist in milking the cow, guided step by step — no experience needed. The milk you collect will be used to make fresh mozzarella.
Back in the kitchen, you’ll learn how to prepare traditional Fior di Latte mozzarella, following the full process. While the mozzarella rests, Rosanna will show you how to make handmade gnocchi using simple, traditional techniques.
During the experience, you’ll taste Pasquale’s homemade organic wine and visit the cellar where it’s produced.
To finish, prepare tiramisù and choose between the classic version or a lemon tiramisù made with homemade limoncello.
Finally, enjoy the food you helped prepare, along with wine, in a relaxed farmhouse setting.

A Sorrentine family will welcome and shows you the features of their villa, including the garden where the guests will grab the harvest for the preparation, the vineyard, the cellars, the places where the animals from the farm use to live.

Arriving at the mill in a comfortable courtesy car, you will meet the staff who will take you on a sensational tour. Learn how to make Amalfi limoncello
We will meet in Piazza Duomo, the main square of Amalfi.
In the first part of the experience, I will test your knowledge about limoncello.
Once all doubts have been clarified, especially on the choice of alcohol and the recognition of a quality liqueur, I will explain the maceration, production and bottling process in detail. Later, I will show you how to taste it and at what temperature to serve it. After the initial tasting, a short historical paragraph will follow which will explain the origins of the famous "Amalfi gold".
Next, you will personally experience the production of my grandparents' original recipe. Finally, I will reveal some tips for your future experiences at home!

Trail of the gods with local guide Saveria Fiore "Ladybug"
I was born and raised in Positano, on the Amalfi Coast. I will take you with me to discover the path that everyone knows as "Path of Gods": one of the most spectacular views in southern Italy. I will show you, however, that this was much more for my ancestors: one of the pedestrian arteries that gave access to property and people before the construction of the road that connects Sorrento to Vietri. In this walk there is the possibility to meet local farmers and breeders enjoying genuine products. We will talk about the local flora and fauna, the use of wild herbs in the culinary and phytotherapeutic fields. The leitmotiv of the walk will be the complete opening of the senses to the perception of the surrounding environment, the deepening of the traditions and customs of my country. The Land of the Sirens is a land of rare beauty with its ancient villages and towns surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, lemon and orange groves overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Naples and the island of Capri. Starting from Sorrento, we will cycle towards Massa Lubrense immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, lemon groves and olive trees, with a view of the Gulf of Naples and the island of Capri. We will cross small villages such as Massa Lubrense and characteristic villages where time seems to have stopped towards Termini, a small village on the edge of the Sorrento Peninsula from where Capri seems closer than ever.
