Lower Antelope Canyon from Sedona or Flagstaff
On this full-day tour, you will visit one of the most spectacular and less visited slot canyons in the Southwest. The day begins with a scenic drive up Oak Creek Canyon (from Sedona) followed by views of Arizona’s highest mountain peaks. Your guide will share stories about the area’s history and geology along the way. Travel across the vast Navajo Nation and learn about the people and their land. Stop at Historic Cameron Trading Post with its extensive selection of souvenirs and Native American arts.
Mid-morning, you’ll have an opportunity to hike to the spectacular Horseshoe Bend overlook (1.5 mi / 2.4 km r/t) where the Colorado River meanders far below. Enjoy views of Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell. The highlight of the trip is a 1-mile Navajo guided visit into Lower Antelope Canyon. Descend into the canyon via a series of steel staircases and walkways and then wind through narrow passageways as you learn about the area from your guide. Time is allotted for lunch on your own.

One of the most amazing sights you will ever see, Antelope Canyon is a natural slot canyon carved over time by water and wind to create a symphony of shapes, colors and shadows. Antelope Canyon is located southeast of the town of Page, AZ. You will meet at the office and be driven out to Antelope Canyon for the guided walking tour of Upper Antelope Canyon. This part of the canyon is chiseled out by millions of years’ worth of flood erosion and impactful winds on its sandstone.
This incredible canyon has been created over many thousands of years by the relentless forces of water and wind, slowly carving and sculpting the sandstone into the forms, textures, and shapes which we observe today. The scenery in Upper Antelope Canyon changes constantly as the sun moves across the sky, filtering light softly across the stone walls. Grand Canyon Railroad Excursion from Sedona
Join us for a unique train ride and beautiful tour at Grand Canyon National Park. Your guide will pick you up at your hotel and proceed to the train depot to check you in; upon disembarking, you will reunite with your same guide after lunch. The remainder of your tour will be with your same guide and van along the South & East Rim Grand Canyon. After, your guide returns you to your hotel.
Start out traveling on the historic Grand Canyon Railroad for a one-way train ride northbound to Grand Canyon. Upon arriving at Grand Canyon Village, see your first stunning views of the canyon. There will be time for lunch on your own (lunch not included). Then rejoin your same guide and travel across the south rim, taking in the best views of Grand Canyon.
You will then travel through the Navajo Nation, stopping for souvenir shopping at historic Cameron Trading Post. Cancellation policy is 72 hours in advance for full refund.
