Easy Bike Tour - Mt Wellington Summit Descent & Rainforest Ride
The tour starts with a fun & interesting bus journey to the summit. Our experienced local guides will lead you all the way, providing commentary on the history, and nature of the area.
Your first bike ride is an exhilarating 6 km road descent from the summit of Mt Wellington. Starting 1270 metres above sea level, the summit experience & road descent have breathtaking views.
The second ride is an 11km off-road guided ride, gently rolling down an enchanting track through stunning temperate rainforest.
You'll experience breathtaking vistas, towering eucalyptus forests, gigantic ferns, a waterfall, walk under historic aqueducts, gaze into crystal clear babbling streams, and catch glimpses of curious local wildlife.
In between rides, we stop off at the Lost Freight Cafe, where you'll have time to grab some refreshments. The ride finishes back at our Hobart office.

It doesn’t matter if you are just starting out, or a competitive surfer, there is always something to learn. Our private surf lessons is customised to our participants experience, skills and needs. We have a range of coaches that are real surfers to teach real surfing. Private Sessions run for two hours and include all equipment, or alternatively, you can use your own. During the session, the coach will check-out your board to make sure it’s suitable and giving you the best opportunity to progress. Another positive of a private session, is that it gives us the flexibility to look around and find the best waves and conditions on the day.
