At the end of his shift at the most popular bar and restaurant in St. Lawrence Gap (Cafe Jungles), he would hang out and help at the bar. His manager saw his interest in the bar and he has since become one of the top bartenders/mixologists in the country. Dameain travels to the US to educate audiences about rum at various spirit festivals and is the person to connect with if you're interested in learning about and appreciating rum!
