The first place we will visit in Montserrat’s Natural Park is its Benedictine Monastery, first built on the 11th century and home to Catalonia’s Patroness Saint, The Black Madonna of Montserrat which is a strong symbol of spirituality and unity for the local people.
Once we have visited the Monastery area, we hike up to the top, from where we will enjoy the breath-taking views of the Natural Park and most of the territory.
During the hike we walk on the same paths used by pilgrims hundreds of years ago, we will get inspired by Montserrat’s fascinating flora and fauna and we will also hike on UNIque ways where rocky pillars and ravines show us how inner mysterious water emerge from the hidden and undiscovered very center of the massif.
Back down in the Monastery, we have some free time before we head back to Barcelona.

From Barcelona : Tossa de Mar, Coastal Path, Boat and Costa Brava
Enjoy a trip to the most beautiful village on the Costa Brava, walk along a round road and sail with a small boat that enters three caves. You will see the sea from many different places!
We will leave Barcelona by van for only 7 participants at 6: 15h to arrive in Tossa de Mar at 7:30h. The first stop will be at a spectacular viewpoint and then we will walk along a coastal path with spectacular views of the Costa Brava to finish visiting the old part of Tossa de Mar, with medieval walls. There will be free time for breakfast.
At 10 am we will sail on a small glass-bottomed boat.
The boat will enter three caves and reach Cala Giverola. There you can get off the boat and enjoy that beach as long as you want and return to Tossa whenever you want with another boat. The journey to Giverola takes 40 minutes, the way back to Tossa takes 20 minutes.
You will have 4h of free time!
At 15h we will return to Barcelona to arrive at 16:30h

The tour starts with accompanying our chefs to the world famous La Boqueria market, located nearby. You will learn about locally grown products and participate in the selection of ingredients that will be used later in the cooking class. Upon returning to our kitchen, you will begin preparing the four course menu. All our classes are designed for every skill level and are taught by professionally trained bilingual chefs.
