Old Beijing Lamb Ribs Hot Pot Hutong Food Tour

The special stop will be the Beijing Lamb Ribs Hotpot (used to call Old Beijing Scorpion Hotpot since the bones shape looks like scorpion), meat from the bones is gentle and juicy since boiled in soup for a few hours, easily take off the bones.
