Xunantunich Maya Ruin and Barton Creek with Lunch

As we approach Xunantunich, we will ferry cross the Mopan River on a historic hand-cranked ferry, followed by a mile drive to the hilltop site of Xunantunich. The partially-excavated and largest pyramid-El Castillo, stands at 130 ft. above the main plaza floor, offering an impressive 360 degree, panoramic view over the jungle canopy of the Mopan River Valley.
