After a tour of the chateau,,head to the blending workshop. Like our cuvée Symbiose, born from the blending of different vintages, we will guide you in the creation of your own wine. You will discover the secrets of blending to create your own nectar and then take home your personalized bottle as a souvenir. An original, fun and educational wine activity!

During this workshop, we have chosen to introduce you to exceptional products such as caviar, foie gras, and other emblematic delicacies of French excellence, paired with prestigious Grands Vins de Bordeaux.
You might be surprised by some unexpected combinations and the pure alchemy that arises from matching the right food with the right wine. Pairing food and wine goes beyond the general principles and success requires curiosity and even courage! It’s all about appreciating both the wine and food separately, as well as together.
This interactive workshop will give you the opportunity to engage, ask questions, and share your experience in a warm, friendly, and open atmosphere.
Bordeaux : Private city tour in a 2CV with wine testing - 3h
The 3 hours tour will take you through the "left side" of the Garonne to discover the most famous monuments and places of Bordeaux ! You will enjoy a superb view of the Grand Théâtre, Place de la Bourse, Basilique Saint-Michel, the Cathedral, the four doors of Bordeaux and the Palais Gallien, a former Gallo-Roman amphitheater. You will have seen all of Bordeaux’s most iconic monuments and sights! Furthermore, a visit of a Grand Cru is included on the visit : 1 hour to discover one of the most popular Chateau and taste his excellent wine. A private driver will guide you around the city and he will tell you all the stories of the city of Bordeaux : UNESCO World Heritage city !

We will book for you two tours and three tastings, to make you discover the prestigious domains of Saint-Emilion and Pomerol. In each castle a Guide of the domain will give you a guided tour of the cellars, the vineyards, the cellar... Each visit will conclude with a tasting of the wines of the estate. This tasting will be an opportunity to better understand the link between the wine and its production terroir.

For wine lovers of all colours!
Explore the vineyards of Bordeaux and visit two wineries off the beaten track: one in the prestigious Pessac-Léognan appellation and the second in the magnificent Entre-deux-Mers region, and taste at least 6 wines.
After meeting your local Bordeaux guide, you will visit a first property in the Entre-deux-Mers region. This is a magnificent region known for the diversity of its wines. Once you have visited the facilities, you will taste several wines of different colours.
The tour continues in the prestigious Pessac-Léognan appellation. Once you've visited this estate, which is very different from the first, you'll taste several wines (red and white), some of the best in the Bordeaux wine region.
An original way to discover the richness of the Bordeaux wine region off the beaten track!
1:50pm: Meet in front of the Cité du Vin (Wine Museum). Your guide will welcome you and explain the day's programme.
2pm: departure.
The half-day tour begins with a visit to a certified organic Pessac-Léognan winery. You'll learn how the wines of this region are made, visit the vat room and barrel cellar, before tasting the estate's wines (red and white, 2 minimum).
Then we'll cross the Garonne river to discover another part of the Bordeaux vineyard: Entre-deux-Mers. Nicknamed "Little Tuscany", this is a hilly region that produces a wide variety of wines. You will visit a second wine estate, followed by a tasting of at least 3 wines (different colors).
At the end of the day, you'll have discovered a little-visited part of the vineyard and enjoyed wines that are very different from one another. An excellent way to discover the diversity of the Bordeaux vineyard!
6.15pm: return to Bordeaux (+/- 15 min.).
