Come explore my favourite park in all of Vancouver! This is one of the last places in the city with old-growth forest, it truly feels like stepping back in time.
We'll hike beneath the canopies of thousand-year-old conifers through a coastal temperate rainforest, following trails down to the Pacific Ocean. Along the waterfront, you'll find beautiful arbutus trees overhanging the water, with Vancouver's skyline framed against the volcanic peak of Mount Baker — the view that inspired the company logo.
A hike to the far side of the park opens up views toward Howe Sound, with great potential for marine wildlife viewing — sometimes even whales.
