Freshly reopened: In addition, the top of the hill with the Citadella fortress was closed for renovation for several years and has only recently been reopened to the public.
At sunrise, the atmosphere is especially peaceful, with far fewer tourists compared to the busy sunset hours, allowing for a more relaxed and intimate experience.
