You can see rock churches, carved chapels built by early Christians, an orthodox monastery sheltered to escape from Roman attacks. You have a chance to taste Turkish delicious in a local restaurant. After lunch we forward to Avanos. Avanos was the center of terracotta arts in B.C. 2000 Hittite times.Our next stop is Pasabagi (Monks) Valley. Pasabagi is the best place to see three-hatted fairy chimneys.After Pasabagi we forward to the Devrent (Imagine) Valley. Red Tour ( Afternoon )
Initially, this is the Red Tour itinerary for the day that you do the balloon flight to make your day more enjoyable. It's scheduled to provide you some hours to rest after the balloon flight early in the morning.
This is the most praticle to see the must-see sites of central Cappadocia such as the sites of fairy chimneys, Göreme Open Air Museum. On the other hand,if this is the day of your departure, tour ends at 18:00 pm and you'll be nearby the pick-ups of airport shuttles.
Hot Air Balloon Sunrise Flight over Cappadocia
The balloon flights are definitely the most important activity in the region, to get to see the amazing formations from high above is really enchanting but they are done only early in the mornings. All companies have to obey the rules of the Civil Aviation Center. The number of balloon is around 150 with second sortie.
They pick you up from the reception in the early morning, then take you to their base office, while they’re serving you an open buffet breakfast, they’ll be defining the safest points to take off due to wind & weather conditions. Then they take you to the point you’ll start the balloon flight. After your flight they bring you back to the hotel around 8.00 am.
