“We will leave Puerto Viejo at 7:45 a.m. and drive for about 30 minutes to the Bribri Indigenous Reservation. There, we’ll meet an Indigenous family from the Dutsuwák clan who will share their culture, traditions, and ancestral knowledge of medicinal plants. Participants will explore a permaculture garden, taste fresh cacao fruit, and take part in the process of making traditional chocolate. In most cases, your guide will be a native Bribri guide from the Duriwak Bribri clan.

Parque Nacional Cahuita has the largest system of Coral Reefs in Costa Rica, including 6 species of coral, a wide range of colorful tropical fishes and the occasional encounter of a harmless reef shark or sting ray. This beach has a horse shoe shape, with the entrance of the park at one end and beautiful Punta Cahuita at the other end. We start with a scenic 20 minutes boat ride to have two snorkeling sessions.
