On this tour we will visit Croatian Camelot, Fortress of Klis. It is one of the most important places in Croatian history. It was the seat of the Croatian kings since the 9th century, and place of many battles through the history. You’ll hear the stories about the Croatian heroes, Uskoks from Klis. The fortress was built on the cliff, 360 m above the sea, which offers the magnificent view of Solin's harbour and the city of Split.
After the story about the Uskoks the story leads us to the town of Sinj, the home of the brave knights where famous knight tournaments have been held every year since the beginning of the 18th century. You’ll find out more about it during our visit to the Museum of Alka in Sinj. Our visit ends with the visit to the Shrine of the Miraculous Lady of Sinj.
