Please note that Mount Evans will be closed during part of the winter and spring due to icy conditions on the road. It is usually open all summer into mid fall. If closed I will take people up to the Continental Divide which is about 12,000 feet above sea level.

In the winter people have been known to go sledding and skiing there. I usually bring a sled along if the passengers would like to try sledding.
From there we go to Idaho Springs for a cowboy lunch and then to the Indian Hot Springs for a dip in the thermal pool or enjoy natural .thermal caves. I am a history buff and will bring out the unique history and stories of all the locations that we will visit.
