During the tour, you will get acquainted with the snow hotel and visit the ice bar and the ice chapel, inspect the unique ice sculptures. They are built anew every winter. All rooms of the hotel have a unique design. You may want to spend the night there on your next trip to Rovaniemi. The driver is very friendly and attentive, he will take care of all your needs and make sure that you get the best possible trip experience. Korouoma Canyon & Auttiköngäs Waterfall Adventure
On this tour you will visit two great nature location situated around 1.5 hours from Rovaniemi. Your professional photographer-guide will share photography tips and tricks to capture great pictures of these unique places.
At Korouoma we will hike around three kilometres through the atmospheric Nordic Forest. We reach the viewpoint on top of the canyon to witness the majestic landscapes surrounded by cliffs over 100 metres high.
Next location: old-growth forests and the waterfall of Auttiköngäs. There, we hike a bit to reach a view tower at the highest point of the area with incredible views in all directions. From the tower you will see old, protected forests and impressive sceneries over the wilderness area.
Another gem of the area is a natural waterfall, Auttiköngäs Falls. The Auttijoki River was used to transfer logs in old days, and the structures built on waterfall allowed the wood to slide down to the canyon. Today, this structure is preserved as a historical sighting.

Snowmobile Tour And Glass Igloo Experience
Experience the snowy woods and the frozen Gulf of Finland. Our experienced guides will lead you to the amazing winter wonderland. Located about 30 km east of Helsinki, the snowmobile base will be reached with provided transport. Two adults ride on one snowmobile.
Our guide will meet you the Helsinki Cathedral (Senate Square) and drive you to the snowmobile center. When you arrive to the snowmobile base you will be provided with a warm snowsuit, boots, gloves, balaclava and helmet. A short safety briefing and driving instructions is then given to you. You will set off in a convoy led by the guide.
Time spent out on the snowmobile tour approximately 3 hours.
After the snowmobile tour you will have a lot of time to discover the archipelago on your own. The sauna will also be heated for you at your own schedule.
This experience will give you a memory for life. Departure back to town the next day at 12.30. If you want to leave earlier we can organize a taxi for you.
