L’itinerario ad anello misura circa 21 km e presenta 336 m di dislivello positivo: livello medio-facile. Parte da Le Sieci e attraversa le colline del Chianti Rufina, alternando strade asfaltate, strade secondarie, brevi sentieri e un tratto di pista ciclabile. Il fondo è scorrevole, con salite regolari e poche sezioni sterrate.
Il percorso sale tra vigneti, oliveti e poderi fino a Villa Bossi Gondi, dove è possibile aggiungere una degustazione con light lunch su prenotazione. Prosegue poi verso la Fattoria di Lavacchio, ideale per una pausa al bar o accanto al caratteristico mulino a vento restaurato.
