The museum was once Rodin's Paris home and studio. It was bequeathed to the nation to display his own remarkable art and the art of others he loved and collected. His complicated love life is evident in the art, the ménage à trois of Rodin, Rose & Camille is just one thread that I will explore during our time together.
He created a revolution in sculpture equivalent to what Monet and his friends were doing with paint. I will explain why his art is still relevant to us today. He's a passionate and vital artist, you'll also discover the work of his collaborator, assistant & lover Camille Claudel.
