For any one-week course, photos of your exploits will be offered to you.
On your arrival, your instructor will equip you with a seasonal neoprene suit and will choose with you the board best suited to your level and size. After a 10-minute warm-up, educational training informing you of the best recovery techniques will last approximately 20 minutes. Now it's up to you: in the presence of your instructor who accompanies you in the water to encourage your choice of wave and your take-off, you will have an hour and a half of surfing.

Our pétanque lessons are available every day, all year long. The tour last at least 2 hours. First we'll teach you, only in English, the rules of the game along with a brief history of the sport. Then you'll learn how to handle the boule, throw, shoot, score, and master the fine art of disputing a point. You'll play competitive games of pétanque (with a glass of rosé in your hand, of course!). Your hosts will also have some homemade Pastis for sampling.
