In a friendly atmosphere, I will take you for a walk in our iconic Thursday morning Point of Sale. Meeting place of the inhabitants, I will explain all the products offered (cheese, cold cuts, breads, local seasonal products, etc...) and you will be able to buy all the products of your choice (at your expense). We will decide together on several small bites that we will prepare together in the kitchen. Before returning we will go through the famous Jacquin cheese factory to introduce you to the cheeses of our region and buy a Selles-sur-Cher PDO. My house is 150 yards from the Point of Sale Square. In the kitchen we will prepare bites that are simple to make but very attractive on the plate.
