Wishing to deepen my knowledge and experience in the world of holistic practices, I also studied Angelic Reiki Healing and Spineworks and to this day, I am attending numerous seminars and workshops. For me, practicing Yoga is more than just performing asanas on the mat. It means to live life in simplicity with compassion and an open heart, something I try to share in every yoga session.
