This isn't about ticking famous dishes off a list. We'll wander like friends, following the smells, sounds, and stories of the city. Everything is authentic Vietnamese comfort food, naturally vegan and made for locals, not tourists.
We'll usually try a mix of bánh xèo, bún thịt nướng, chả giò, bò lá lốt, bánh bèo, bánh bột lọc, há cảo, xíu mại, bột chiên, chè, and seasonal fruits (the lineup changes with the vendors).
We'll explore hidden alleys, an old apartment block, and maybe a lively local market.
I made this tour hoping vegan travelers would make friends. But I suck at marketing, so sometimes the only friend you make is me.
Afterwards I'll send you my personal vegan guide to Vietnam. We'll eat a lot... but we'll also walk around 7,000 steps, so it all balances out. Come hungry!

Next, we'll dive into the colorful chaos of the wet market (spoiler: it's not that wet), sampling juicy, exotic fruits at their freshest.
Then it’s off to an 86-year-old coffee house, where the aunties will show you the old-school way of brewing coffee and tea. We’ll sip bold Vietnamese brews that'll charge you up for the day ahead.
But that’s just the beginning.

First of all, you will enjoy vegan noodle “Bun Thai Chay” or “Spring Roll” (Cha Gio). We will drive you to Nguyen Thien Thuat areas. We will take a short walk to explore and understand more about the lifestyle of local people, history, ... We continue driving to the biggest flower market in Saigon. Then we will drive you to China Town in district 5. In addition, we also visit Thien Hau temple. We will enjoy tea with many kinds of Jam in the local coffee shop. You will enjoy coconut juice and go around for a walk to hear the tour guide talk about the people’s lives here on the river. Then is district 4. It leads to the diversity in the cultural region as well. The tour guide will stop at a Mushroom Hotpot restaurant for the guest to try “Mushroom Hotpot” (Lau nam). Finishing the tour and driving back to your hotel or specified place that you want.
