The cooking classes take place in the kitchen and terrace overlooking the landscape, the hills and mountains of Umbria and Tuscany.
For the classes we will use only fresh, seasonal, and local products. The lessons include the preparation of 2 kinds of pasta ( tagliatelle and ravioli), 2 sauces ( tomatoes and sage sauces or pesto) and a dessert.
So you will learn to make pasta (with love!), how to use the rolling pin, the pastry board, the pasta machine and other tools for dough, ravioli and different kinds of pasta. At the end, for lunch, you eat what you made. Water, white or red wine for all!
