The cooking lesson will be interactive: thanks to my great experience with Sicilian cuisine I will be able to teach you Sicilian recipes that you can reproduce at home. You will have the opportunity to learn more about Sicilian cuisine and its secrets. During lunch, in a familiar and relaxed atmosphere, we will then have the opportunity to talk about Sicilian culture in general, you will discover how to live in Sicily, what the excellences and shortcomings of this land are.

Cooking classes with the chef
With the chef you will prepare traditional cuisine, and you will learn about the history and culture of the place. The menus can also be vegetarian and gluten free on request. Only local raw materials and products will be used, techniques and methods handed down by grandmothers will be learned with some little secrets. All the recipes will be delivered in paper format and if necessary also the digital ones, so that guests can redo the recipes they have learned at home. You will have the chef's multimedia data at your disposal for any advice you may need.

The National Etruscan Museum in Villa Giulia is considered the most representative Italian Museum of the Etruscan civilization and it is located within Villa Giulia, the suburban residence of Pope Jules III (1550-55), designed by Vignola and realized with the participation of Ammannati and Vasari.
In 1889 the villa was destined to be the Museum of the pre-Roman Antiquities of Latium. Two wings were added between 1912 and 1923.
