Then step into the dohyō for training in shiko, sumo stance, and suri-ashi, with the chance to join a friendly one-on-one match with a former rikishi. Our specially designed mat-based dohyō is built to the same dimensions as a professional Grand Sumo ring. For safety and hygiene, women and children are also welcome to enter the ring, take photos, and practice basic movements.
