Then our fun and responsible guides will lead you and other guests to our first stop where you can enjoy an hour of unlimited beer and vodka shots (plain and cherry). Wieliczka Salt Mine Guided Trip from Krakow
Wieliczka Salt Mine is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
It illustrates the historic stages of the development of mining techniques in Europe from the 13th to the 20th centuries. It has hundreds of kilometers of galleries with works of art, underground chapels and statues sculpted in the salt, making a fascinating pilgrimage into the past.
It is a depth of 135 metres underground. The temperature in the mine is 17-18ºC, making it a good place to escape the summer heat.
