Though description may sound very serious and even formidable, this tour wouldn’t be a lesson of history - it will include both: brief review historical events and some small funny stories, related with visited places.

Kaunas Ninth Fort Museum
Discover the history of the Kaunas IX Fort Museum during a guided tour. This experience offers introduction to one of the most important historical sites in Lithuania.
Visitors can choose from three tour options:
Kaunas Fortress Tour – focuses on the history of the fortress and includes access to the defensive wall, which is not open to visitors without a guide.
Short Overview Tour – introduction to the Kaunas Fortress, the period of the Lithuanian hard labor prison, and the Holocaust, including access to the defensive wall.
Holocaust Tour – focuses on the mass executions of Jews at the IX Fort and provides an overview of the Holocaust in Lithuania (this tour does not include the defensive wall).
