You’ll learn all the steps and secrets to making an exquisite Mallorcan paella. Traditionally, we make it with fish and seafood, but we can also prepare a vegetarian or meat version, depending on your preferences.
The experience takes place in a magical village in the Tramuntana Mountains—Banyalbufar. My father settled here over 15 years ago to create what is now our home and our animals' home, which we call "Ca Tothom," meaning "The House of Everyone."
