If you are unable to fly due to non-optimal conditions your host will let you know at the time, you can only be refunded the proportional share of the flight, breakfast and other activities must continue, remember that you are booking a shared service. The balloon fee is individual and only covers a maximum weight of 100 kg per person not cumulative, in case such exceed 100 kg per person, extra cost for overweight must be paid, these details of the courses will depart your host.
