Pilgrimage with Researcher to Cañada de la Virgen, Hill of the Ancestors
Alberto Aveleyra, ethnohistorian of the National School of Anthropology is the curator of the Archaeological Exhibit of the Historical Museum of San Miguel (the House of Allende). Alberto is a published author and one of the main researchers of the site. The famous journal Ancient Mesoamerica from Cambridge University just published his work on Cañada de la Virgen archaeological site (Ancient Mesoamerica 18 may 2026), you can check this an other articles in his web page or academia.edu web page.
