In our cooking courses, we will teach you to cook popular nepali dish nepali dal bhaat. Dal bhaat consists of a rice and various different side dishes like curry (meat / vegetable), pickle, yoghurt, salad and chutney.
We also teach you how to make one of Nepal's popular food dish called 'momo'. Momos are Nepalese version of Tibetan dumplings and usually contain steamed vegetables or meat. Momos are usually accompanied by one or two dips, often with a tomato base or fermented vegetables. Condiments in Nepal are sometimes quite spicy and often contain raw chili and garlic.
