Cotswolds One Day Guided Walk - Private Groups
I am lucky enough to live in this postcard picturesque area on the edge of the famous Cotswolds region. It's easily reached from Oxford city- where I happen to be an experienced tour guide too. So if you book a tour with me, not only can I tell you lots about the Cotswolds heritage but also its connections to Oxford and eg the famous Oxford pre Raphaelite artists such as William Morris who lived in this region.
On this tour, I will also introduce the historical sites such as the ruins of a medieval manor house and flora and fauna. I am a keen gardener myself.
The route is total about 8-9 miles walking and we stop for a garden lunch pub stop. The cost of lunch is not included but a table is reserved.
The walking route is part on walking paths through the meadows and part on quiet scenic country lanes.
If the tour does not show as available on the date that you would like to book it, ask viator to call us. We avoid listing dates too far outside spring or autumn weather.
