We follow winding roads to the Ribeira Brava, where the 16th-century Church of St. Benedict stands out, offering stunning views over the ocean. Then we reach Ponta do Sol, the most sunny spot on the island, surrounded by dramatic cliffs. We ascend to Paul da Serra, the only plateau of Madeira, often wrapped in fog, which contrasts with the lush coastal areas. Descending, we arrive at Porto Moniz, famous for its natural lava pools.
