Since I was a child I have always cultivated a passion for cooking, together with my mother we cooked homemade and genuine dishes according to the ancient recipes of our country using ingredients grown in our organic garden.
Fresh pasta filled with local cheeses, tomato sauces and vegetables grown without using pesticides.
