Northern Lights Hunt - PRIVATE TOUR
This tour will take you on a hunt for the Northern Lights. We will find the best place to spot the Northern Lights and experience the magic being under the Aurora Borealis.
In Greco-Roman mythology, Aurora is the personification of the dawn, and the sister of the sun and moon. The ancient Greeks and Romans believed that every day Aurora raced across the sky in her chariot, alerting her brother and sister to the breaking of a new day. Watching the Northern Lights stretch across the sky, it’s easy to imagine how this story took form.

Uncomfortable Iceland — Alternative History Tour
Iceland has a great story. Brave settlers, honest politics, a beacon of equality, innocent people living with dramatic nature. Every other tour in Reykjavík will be happy to tell you that story.

Led by a local professional historian and experienced storyteller, this walk systematically picks apart the myths, half-truths and deliberate silences that make up the official version of Icelandic history.
No prior knowledge of Icelandic history is required. You just need to be curious and open to having your assumptions challenged. Your guide will lead you through the context of each story before revealing how and why it has been distorted, suppressed or simply never told.
