A visit to the Door-Of-No-Return in the Slave House will give you a sense of why GOREE is the most visited place in the country. Prepare for a short day tour to Senegal. This time we take you to another city besides Dakar known as Theis. It is the second-largest city in Senegal famous for its tapestry making industry. You will as well transfer to st Louis, where you will learn of the history of Senegal. End the trip with a journey at Djoudj Park (if weather permits) or a cruise on “Langue de Barbarie.”
Dakar in 3h: Full tour by traditional fast coach
Meet your Guide at the TER station, in the heart of the city centre. Hop aboard the coach and start exploring the historic district with a first stop at the Kermel Point of Sale. You will also have access to the Grand Cathedral forecourt for a short walking tour.
Continue on to Soumbedioune, the iconic fishing district, where you will also discover an Artisanal Point of Sale rich in local creations.
Take the road along the ledge and admire the ocean view until you reach the famous Mosque of the Deity.
Continue to the heights of the city to discover the imposing Renaissance Monument.
