The Real Alcázar of Seville, together with the Archive of the Indies and the Seville Cathedral, has been declared a World Heritage Site in 1987. The palace is a mixture of architectural styles, such as Mudejar, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque.
The origin of the Real Alcázar dates back to the High Middle Ages, although some areas typical of Islamic art can still be seen. It was in the 14th century when King Pedro ordered the construction of a Mudejar-style palace attached to the Gothic palace of Alfonso X, which became the Royal House. Throughout the centuries, it has been the residence of the Spanish Royal Family in Seville and is currently reserved for the exclusive use of royalty, except for tourist visits.

Since the Alhambra is the most visited monument in Spain there is very little availability of tickets you have to have a margin of at least one month in advance. In case there are no tickets available we will propose to change the date of the tour or cancel the reservation with its consequent return.
