For thirty years I worked in haute cuisine in different parts of the world, passing through the most prestigious starred restaurants. I was the Chef of National TV Shows (Rai 1) and author of two cookbooks. I chose to go back to the roots and open the doors of my home to those who want to experience Sicily, not just taste it. Every dish tells a story, every gesture has a value: here you cook, eat, talk, laugh. It is an experience that also nourishes memory. You will not find scripts or fiction, but spontaneity and warmth, just like at the home of a Sicilian friend. I'll teach you what you don't find in books: perfumes, slow tempos, dialect words, hands stained with dough. For a few hours, you will really immerse yourself in Sicilian culture.

The Sicilian Pantry is a family run cookery school located in the heart of the Historical centre of Palermo. We offer daily market tours & cookery lessons of traditional Sicilian dishes.
We meet in the morning at one of Palermo’s oldest markets, shop around for any items we will need for the lesson and then stroll to the air-conditioned school kitchen where we prepare a 4 course Sicilian meal, learning the techniques & tricks needed to recreate it when you return home. After the lesson we can sit down together to enjoy our efforts along with a selection of Sicilian wines rounded off with some homemade liqueurs & coffee

Exciting PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience Isola Bella Marine Park Taormina
Try scuba diving at the Isola Bella Marine Park in Taormina, Sicily! Have you ever wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Program will let you try diving and you’ll discover what it feels like to fly underwater and how easy it becomes after a few minutes. An excited experience with on of our professional scuba instructors! We conduct this program in the shallow parts at the Isola Bella Marine Park Taormina (confined water). After a detailed briefing about dive equipment and basic theory, you have the chance to dive under direct guidance of a PADI Dive Professional to a maximum of 6 meters. During this experience you learn how to use the scuba equipment and get an easy introduction into the underwater world. If you enjoyed the Discover Scuba Dive and want to try more, you can do a second dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters.

You will visit the most evocative places of Etna on board our off-road vehicles, accompanied by expert and certified guides who will be able to make the experience unique and unforgettable. You will discover the most interesting places of the highest volcano in Europe with some stops and short excursions suitable for all participants: it will be exciting and fun!
After the meeting at the meeting point, where you will find parking for your cars (it will be possible to have breakfast), you will get on our off-road vehicles and the excursion will begin. The first stop will be close to or even above the longest lava flow of the 1900s with a short walk on the "sciara". Once again we will go right to the most panoramic point of the famous "bove valley". We will then face an off-road stretch of road that will lead us even higher up. If a thick cut of grilled swordfish doesn’t tempt you, then, carry on, there’s probably a man sitting on an overturned bucket shucking fresh sea urchins just around the corner.
Avola: Vendicari Capopassero Group Boat Tour and Aperitif
The "Capopassero" tour departing from Avola will allow you to discover all the most beautiful places in the south of the Gulf of Noto.
