However we recommend an early morning departure to make the most of the soft coastal light as you travel along the scenic Cape Peninsula toward Cape Point Nature Reserve. The circular route from Cape Town covers approximately 180 km, following the Atlantic Seaboard with its pristine white beaches and dramatic ocean views.
By mid-morning, you’ll arrive at the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve at the tip of the peninsula, with time to explore and walk up to the historic lighthouse.
