The tour focuses on the area of Ryogoku, on the Tokyo's east side. Ryogoku is well-known as the center for the sumo world where a tournament is held three times a year. The itinerary will provide insight to the sport with opportunity to view an actual sized ring as well as a visit to the Sumo Museum on the days it is open.
Besides sumo, the area has a rich history with many temples and shrines though a majority of the buildings that once stood were destroyed either by the Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923 or the bombing during World War II. A small but informative exhibition hall tells us the story of what happened during these difficult times and how the city quickly recovered.

We can visit some vintage / second-hand kimono stores either in Asakusa, Akihabara or Nippori.
I can advise you what kind of kimono would suite you, and make you wear an actual kimono.
Please note that Japanese tend to be alot more tiny than your countries, so kimono might not fit you.
After making you wear the kimono, we can stop by Sensoji Temple, or larndmark.
