Florentine Pizza & Tiramisù Masterclass with Unlimited Wine
What makes this experience special is the combination of authentic Italian cooking, hands-on learning, and a peaceful setting just outside the centre of Florence. Rather than watching a demonstration, you’ll work alongside a professional chef and prepare both pizza and tiramisù completely from scratch.
From kneading and stretching your own pizza dough to preparing fresh mascarpone cream and assembling a classic tiramisù, every step is practical and interactive. You’ll learn traditional techniques, understand the ingredients, and discover the stories and traditions behind two of Italy’s most beloved dishes.
The experience takes place at Al Parco Firenze, surrounded by greenery and away from the busy city streets. After cooking, sit down and enjoy the meal you created yourself, making the experience as much about sharing, relaxing, and enjoying Italian hospitality as it is about learning to cook.
