Traditional Cooking Class in San Gimignano
During this hands on lesson, we will share some traditional recipes we always seen in our families. Antipasti with a varietal of bruschette and cheese, meat ragù, handmade pasta, such as tagliatelle, and desserts are the dishes we will prepare and eat together.
Our dinner cooking class starts at 5 PM on Tuesday and Friday, while the lunch cooking class begins at 10 AM on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Our classes lasts about 4 hours.
Hands-On Pasta Making Class in Central Florence with Patrizia
Join your local host Patrizia at her family’s apartment located in the center of Florence in a traditional building built in 1759. During your hands-on cooking lesson, Patrizia will teach you traditional Italian dishes from Florence and Italy’s Emilia Romagna Region. You will prepare an appetizer, a first course, typically a fresh pasta like tagliatelle, ravioli, or gnocchi, a second course of meat and dessert.
Patrizia specializes in seasonal dishes that bring out the flavors of the region – in the summer you might learn to make sauces with fresh tomatoes, while in the winter months you might enjoy seasonal winter vegetables like artichokes.
