Cinta Senese tour with tasting dinner on the farm
Roberto gets to know his pigs one by one; they are raised in a semi-wild state, with carefully selected feed and cereals grown in the Tuscan countryside.
The experience is as rural as it is unforgettable; after a walk through the vineyards and olive grove, you will have the opportunity to interact with "Ciro", or the domestic pig, and to meet his entire company of Cinta Senese pigs having fun in the mud. after meeting these cute animals (and maybe even taking some selfies with them), it will be time to delight your palate with a dinner based on local products

In the historical site of the Academy, an XVIII-century apartment, we propose our guests the best local products. We usually introduce the world of Evo, cultivars, health benefits and then we move on to make an extra virgin olive oil tasting of 4 or 6 Evos.
Extra virgin olive oil tasting is followed by wine tasting and a light lunch or dinner to appreciate traditional Tuscan cooking.

Siena to Rome: Orvieto and Montepulciano Transfer Tour
Have a private vehicle pick you up from your Siena accommodation and enjoy a full-day transfer to Rome in the company of your driver guide with enroute stops in Montepulciano and Orvieto. The departure of the excursion is from the village of Capoliveri, one of the oldest on Elba. We will drive along the scenic road that leads from the town to the mining area, then detour and descend near the Innamorata beach, famous for the legend of the same name. Once upon a time, iron ore arrived here, via a network of tracks, which was loaded onto the boats that transported it to the blast furnaces. We will follow the path of the old railway, of which today little more than a path remains, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, between Ginestre and rosemary. Here I breed Cinta Senese pigs, a type of black pig with a white belt, of Tuscan origins and very ancient. We will take a short walk among the olive trees and the vineyard to get to the pigs, which are free, separated by an electric fence. We can walk with them, touch them and take pictures. Lunch is included and includes a menu with :
Bruschetta, ribollita in winter and panzanella in summer, platter with cold cuts from our production, pecorino cheese from Pienza with jams, cantucci and vinsanto, water, house wine.
