The course includes the preparation of 4 typical recipes. We start our experience preparing the special sauce of Crostino Toscano, traditional appetizer. Then we’ll make handmade pasta: Pici, real treasure of south Tuscany. For the sauce we’ll prepare the typical Aglione, which is a tomato sauce made with a special giant garlic of the area. The route is 29 km with 500 m of elevation gain: it is a bit hard and technical, as long as you have a good level of confidence on dirt roads and on a few short climbs.
