As you leave Florence behind, you will see typical Tuscany villages and olive orchards while enjoying panoramic stops to take photos and learn about local life and nature.
We will reach a family-run Chianti wine estate for a tour and a traditional home-cooked Tuscan lunch, including tastings of their fine oils and wines, all produced on the premises.
After lunch, we jump back on our bikes and start riding again to slowly bike back to town.

Rafting Soft Devil's Bridge
Rafting is a river descent on a particular unsinkable and self-emptying raft, the raft, in fact. The crew (4-8 people) govern the boat between the rapids thanks to the paddles, while for safety there are: neoprene wetsuits, high-floatation jackets and helmets.
Duration of the entire activity between briefing and descent is approximately 3 hours. Adrenaline rush with quieter moments that allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature. Descent suitable for everyone and medium / easy level.

Truffle Hunting in San Miniato in Tuscany with Tasting
The uncontaminated nature, the relationship with my sweet dogs, the silence of the woods interrupted only by birdsong. All this is the background to the discovery of one of the oldest and most secret jobs in Tuscany: that of the truffle hunter. The truffle for its underground nature, for its delicacy and for its great economic value has always fascinated man, having a leading role in Tuscan culture and tables.
During the truffle hunting experience we will walk the paths where truffles are naturally born. All the secrets about the truffle will be explained, the plants that live in symbiosis with him and the training of the dogs; and if we are lucky we will also be able to find some nice truffles.
Adults and children will have a great time following the dog and helping me to extract the truffle from the ground. They will also learn a lot about truffles and nature.
