Come join a fun tagliatelle cooking class at a lovely home restaurant in the beautiful town of San Gimignano! With a fantastic super chef leading the way, you'll learn how to make delicious tagliatelle from scratch. The class is held in a cozy kitchen full of rustic Tuscan charm. As you roll out the dough and prepare fresh ingredients, you’ll enjoy amazing views of the vineyards and olive groves around you. After cooking, you can savor your tasty creation while soaking in the stunning scenery of the medieval town. It’s a delightful way to experience real Italian cooking!

Upon arrival at Chefactory Cooking Academy Florence no later than 4:45 pm our teachers will welcome our guests, respecting every kind of measure of the latest DL. on health and accompanied in a room of 1700 AD. where we'll explain the menu and check for allergies to accommodate everyone.
The Chefs will follow you from the beginning to the end of the class.
Every person will do everything, it's not a demonstration class, so roll up your sleeves and let's start making desserts, cuts for sauces, appetizers, main courses and service sauces, fresh handmade pasta, a glass to feel at home.
After you've finished everything?
Finally you taste the whole menu with just as much Tuscan wine.
At the end of the whole experience you will bring with you the memory of a booklet of recipes made during the class and as many tricks of the Chefs.

Small Group Day Tour in Cinque Terre and Pisa From Florence
Depart from Florence in a comfortable van with a very small group of up to 8 people and a tour leader for a memorable day. After 2 hours driving the first stop is Manarola, one of the jewels of the Cinque Terre, where you can admire the picturesque houses and take breathtaking photos.

Kitchen has always been the fulcrum of this home, where my family is living since more than 7 generations.
I have always been fascinated by my grandmother's ability to prepare awesome dishes from Tuscan tradition, always with few, simple but precious ingredients.
That cultural heritage was in danger of disappearing: I spent a lot of time cooking with her, trying to learn her recipes and secrets.
In the end, I realized that she had given me a bigger gift: I had assimilated her cooking philosophy!
Then, I realized that tradition is not a dusty book but a living thing able also to adapt to new conditions, and even improve.
I studied ingredient's seasonality, their sustainable production systems, new cooking techniques, techniques of tasting: almost without realizing it, in the meantime, I became Chef and finally, also Sommelier.
Since a lot of years, I decided to share this path: a long path that is not yet finished...

The e-bike tour begins with an introdution to the city by our friendly guide and a visit to the walls of Lucca, over 4 km of cycle path all around the historic center. From this elevated position above the city, you will have a view of the symbolic monuments of Lucca and you will have time to become familiar with the e-bike. After a taste of Lucca the guide will easily lead you outside the walls, entering the surrounding countryside, among charming villages and family farms.
