No previous riding experience is required.
The guests will experience the famous Tuscan hills in a unique way: on horseback.
The ride is customized according to each one's riding experience. A professional equestrian guide will introduce you to the basics of the ride on horseback first and pair you to our very trained horses prior the 1h ride that will be held through spectacular olive groves and vineyards that even the novice riders will enjoy.
After returning to the stables the guests will be driven to a local medieval
historic estate or farm, specialized in the olive oil production.The landlord will guide them to the discovery of the family's historic expertise in the olives farming and their superior quality extra virgin olive oils. The olive oil will be paired with a tasting of local cheeses, Tuscan ham and bruschettas, Chianti wine will also be served in one of the farm's historic room or on the scenic terrace.

The experience will start with the winery tour, during which we will explain our company history and what we produce today and we will explain the wine-making processes and production while showing our machineries and barrels. After that the wine-tasting is starting: we have a large wine-tasting room dedicated, where the guests can sit at tables. Experience a peaceful small group (max 10 guests) guided e-bike ride from the central but authentic Oltrarno area of Florence to venture into the Tuscan Hills with a stop to savour extra virgin olive oil with fresh homemade bread at a countryside venue that is also an olive oil producer.
NOTE: On Mondays, the venue is closed, so we will have a high-quality artisan Florentine gelato OR a traditional Italian breakfast at an artisan pastry shop instead! (depends on the opening of the shops)
We will take a look at their olive orchard and learn about natural olive oil harvest and production.
You will have the chance to see the most hidden corners of the Florentine hills and Tuscany: so much greenery, olive groves, and tiny roads passing by San Miniato al Monte hillside Church, the best and least touristy viewpoint over Florence.

Only in a small group, it becomes possible to visit the Cinque Terre and experience all the true magic of this enchanted coastline. We will visit 3 of the 5 villages on Cinque terre, using trains and boat. Usually the towns we visit are Riomaggiore, Manarola and Vernazza.
You can hike, it you wish to, from Riomaggiore to Manarola. 1 hour hike (this is subject to availability based on weather/danger). The driver will follow you by boat/train. Public boats also operate subject to weather conditions and along the Cinque Terre from April until about the 3rd week of October.
