Outside our farm house we meet up with our expert truffle hunter and his wonderful dogs. To help you get the best of the companionship of the truffle hunter, a mine of information on truffles, the dogs, the woods and countryside and the local area in general you will be accompanied by an English speaking interpreter - generally an interpreter who also assists in the cooking classes and so able to give you tips on storing and using the truffles in the kitchen.

Self-guided Bike Tour from Lucca to Pisa
Follow the Serchio River and cycle along scenic country roads on the way to the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa on this family-friendly self-guided tour.
This intermediate journey starts from the ancient Walls of Lucca and
it is completely flat and is suitable both for e-bikes and trekking bikes. The route winds along mixed roads, cycle paths, dirt roads, country roads and only the access to San Giuliano Terme take place on normal roads, for approximately 2 km (out of 33 km)
San Giuliano Terme, after about 20km, is the only village where you find bars and shops for foods and drinks. The itinerary ends in Piazza dei Miracoli, in front of the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
After the visit to Piazza dei Miracoli and the usual photos, it is possible to return easily by train by loading the bicycle on the prepared wagons. (about 25 minutes of travel).
The more trained can decide to use the return route by bike, that is more direct.

Spend with us a morning discovering the atypical products of Tuscany and Italy, tasting the authentic flavors of our country at the Market of San Lorenzo. We will taste, Balsamic Vinegar, truffle products, Wine, focaccia and many other products that we will also use in the kitchen for our 4-course lunch. you will be accompanied by a professional chef who will explain the characteristics and history of the market and its products.
We will then move to our kitchens not far from the historic center, inside a historic building. Here we will prepare a typical Italian four-course lunch with the products we met at the market.
Once the preparation of each specialty is finished, you will be able to taste what you have made in our dining room, including wine and water.

The Accademia Gallery is the mandatory stop for all those who wish to admire Michelangelo's original David. This is only one of his masterpieces on display, others including the Palestrina Pietà, Saint Matthew and the four unfinished Prisoners.
During this guided visit in the Room of the Colossus we can admire the plaster model for Jean de Boulogne’s most famous work, the Rape of the Sabine Women, which is now at the Loggia dei Lanzi, in Piazza della Signoria. The tour pays attention to a representative selection of XIV-XVIth century Florentine painting at the Gallery.
The Gypsothech of the Accademia houses many interesting models in gesso by XIX century sculptors – Lorenzo Bartolini and Luigi Pampaloni.
