Canyonlands National Park Airplane Tour
This spectacular Redtail Air Adventures flight will carry you above the fantastic scenery of Canyonlands National Park. Majestic 1000-foot high cliffs rise above the Colorado and Green Rivers, which border it on either side. Serpentine drainage systems are carved into the terrain below the cliffs. Upheaval Dome can be seen at its northern end; the Confluence of the the two rivers form the district’s southernmost point. Then on to the Needles District, the most fanciful and colorful portion of Canyonlands. Pink and white bands can be seen in its many spires and cliffs, and it is the home of some of the most remote and famous arches of canyon country. Difficult to reach by hiking and extremely beautiful, Angel Arch and Druid Arches are the best known. Private Wild Horse Photo Safari from Tooele
The drive from Tooele to the Onaqui HMA will take approximately 45 minutes & once we arrive at the range, there are various locations where we will begin to look for the herd grazing, resting or coming to/from the watering holes. Depending on where the horses are located, there will be walking involved, so close toed shoes are required, and dressing in layers is also recommended.
During your time in the field you will receive one on one photography instruction to help you improve your technical skills as well as your ability to creatively frame an image. Please bring your cell phone and/or camera but no external light sources or drones are allowed. After spending over 3,000 hours documenting these horses I love to share everything I've learned to make your experience all the more unique and special.
You'll learn their names, about their families, how to interpret behaviors, anticipate capturing great images and more.

Our most popular trip. This one is good for all abilities with a 4 guests to 1 guide ratio, it’s like a personal guide showing you all the tips and tricks for running rivers. As you will encounter four sets of waves and a bunch of fun river features to play on. This is a fun section guaranteed to get you wet. Challenging and fun for beginners as well as seasoned paddlers. You will learn river safety, have an on-land stand up paddle lesson, followed by a practice session on the water. Once everyone is comfortable, the unforgettable experience of SUPing down the Colorado River will begin.
