You'll spend a day exploring by the local coffee farmers where you will get a chance to hear how local farmers grow coffee and process it till it’s sold. Also you will get time to prepare your own coffee and drink and take some home with you.
After this you will walk to the waterfall, passing villages of the Chagga,

Tarangire National Park
We’ll depart from Moshi early in the morning and drives traight to the Tarangire National Park. The park’s landscape is awe-inspiring; dotted with colossal termite mounds (some now the homes of Mr and Mrs Mongoose and all the little mongoose) and ancient baobab trees, as well as golden savannah. The park has a year-round water supply and that’s why it’s so rich in wildlife. Bird lovers won’t be disappointed. The park hosts over 550 species of bird, including the world’s largest, the Maasai ostrich. (Yes, Tarangire is a small park but it attracts the biggest animals!).
You’ll have a great view from the open roof of your sturdy 4x4, so get your camera ready for giraffe, warthog, impala, cheetah, mongoose, buffalo, and baboons. Look up at tree-level to spot one of the famous climbing leopards of Tarangire, and look closer – is that a python?

Mountain Kilimanjaro Climbing 8 Days Northern Circuit Route
Northern Circuit Route:
The Northern Circuit is the newest and longest route on Mount Kilimanjaro. It begins in the West at the Londorossi Gate and follows the same path as the Lemosho route for the first two days. After crossing the Shira plateau the path veers north near Lava Tower, following the longer Northern Circuit instead of the more popular Southern Circuit via Barranco Valley The route circles around the quieter northern slopes to the east side of the mountain.
The Northern Circuit is longer than the other trails on Kilimanjaro, taking a minimum of eight or nine days to complete. The eight day trek skips the additional acclimatization day that is usually spent at Shira Camp 2 and continues straight on to Moir Camp.

Mount Kilimanjaro Trek 8 days Lemosho Route
The climb commences at Londorossi Gate which is situated at an altitudinal level of 2360 meters and approaches far to the west of the mountain before circling around Kilimanjaro to the south. It passes through majestic dense rain forest and offer sightings of most unique wildlife of the region. The route then leads all the way up to the third summit of the mountain at Shira Ridge. Then you’ll cross the famed Shira plateau and see the beautiful Shira Cathedral before reaching the Shira Camp on day three. Kilimanjaro 8 Days Lemosho Route is a very special itinerary designed for those wishing to make the ascent to the summit in the daylight hours as well as with sun rise. You will pass by Kibo crater rim, and trek to the top of the inner Reusch crater and cross the Shira Plateau. It takes us through magnificent scenery with views of the Great Rift Valley, Mt Meru and Longido. Some wildlife can be seen during trekking. The route is more scenic compared to other Kilimanjaro Routes.

You can enjoy the views of the Kibo and Mawenzi volcanoes! Hiking on the Marangu Route will be fine if you climb Kilimanjaro for the first time. We recommend this route for beginners and those who appreciate comfortable conditions. The distance of the Marangu Route is about 64 km (40 miles).

The seven day Machame variation is the ideal schedule for this route. On the 7 day Machame route, the trek from Barranco to Barafu is broken up into two days, allowing for a short day just prior to the summit attempt. This is important because summit day begins very early, around midnight, so climbers are sleep deprived going into the toughest day on the mountain. By having a short day beforehand, climbers can be better rested.
The 7 day Machame route is highly recommended and used by most prominent Kilimanjaro operators.
